We are hiring an enthusiastic and passionate "Project Coordinator" to join our project management team and work directly with senior manager on exciting projects. You will be working directly on startup products as well as with clients. It's an empowering role and you will take a lot of responsibility quickly. You will be involved in every aspect of the project and be the "internal customer" for the project. The Role Will Include the Following: Liaising with product owners and catering for their project and work needs. Project management of the project from A-Z. Project Planning, Budgeting and monitoring. Analyzing requirements for the project. Working directly with the design and creative teams to create concepts, designs and approving them prior to sharing them with clients. Reviewing mobile apps, websites, ecommerce platforms, Facebook apps, and content prior to sharing these with clients after being tested by the QC team. Working with the business development and commercial teams on proposals for your existing clients. Attending daily, weekly and monthly meetings with designers, developers, and team leads to organize resource needs on your projects. Reporting to clients on progress, deliverable and status of any requests made.
