Main Job Duties: Supervise maintenance operations, ensuring that they provide the optimum level of service to all departments, and that the services provided are cost effective. Ensure that all equipment is recorded in an asset register, and that all regular maintenance and repairs are logged. Monitor the response to all break-down reports, and take any necessary corrective action. Regularly review maintenance arrangements, and recommend any relevant outsourcing if required. Create a Preventive Maintenance plan and ensure its timely Implementation Set up and monitor the maintenance stores operation, setting minimum, maximum and re-ordering levels according to the demand of the business. To ensure that the stores are maintained in a proper condition, and that all procedures are adhered to.
