Branch location: Tyr, South Lebanon

The Branch Manager's main functions are:

• To increase his branch’s deposits and retail volume.
• To introduce to the Commercial Banking Division new creditworthy middle market customers.
• To serve all customers (whether High Net Worth, Retail or Commercial) in a highly professional manner.
• To manage the branch’s operational and compliance risks in full conformity with all applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures.
• To manage properly all the branch’s administrative tasks.
• Develop succession to his position and other key positions at the branch, like BOM and head teller.
• Take responsibility and provide leadership on projects / initiative and team management.
• Resolve interpersonal conflicts constructively and professionally.
