The Project Coordinator is a collaborative team member who helps achieve project goals & reporting to the director.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support related to the project, including tracking and monitoring project activities (obtaining data, data management, following results, distributing and archiving of documents)Working on hiring activities.Provide operational support to manager.Provide administrative, project management and system related supportDistribute and follow up of training activitiesPrepare and track complaint, deviation and change control reportsOrganize weekly and monthly meetings related to company organisation and KPI statusDistribute, monitoring and reporting tasks between the teams and team members.Communicate with customers.
