Develop SharePoint solutions/applications using out-of-the-box SharePoint features, workflow tools, SharePoint applications and custom development.Maintain the current system to keep it operational, available, updated, and secured.Integration with existing solutions and get incompatible platforms to work together.Execute the needed developments and training.Maintain operational documentation.Identify areas of improvement and define a roadmap that is aligned with the Solution Owner and respective upcoming projects.Ensure that the users of the solution have a relevant, user-friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business goals.Secure competence development and training needs of your solutions.Manage key stakeholder expectations through strong relationships. Interact with Solution Owners, process and business functions, Application Maintenance & Support vendors and software suppliers (tactical & operational discussions), Operations & Shared Service, Architecture and other relevant functions.Be accountable for the solution delivery of your solution including business development, release management, life cycle management and the operation (run) of the solution, business continuity and business support.Follow IT policies and procedures.
