The ideal candidate should hold a transferable Iqama and be available to join within 1-2 weeks.

Role & Responsibilities:

•            Supervising and managing the onsite team for project deliverables including behavior and performance

•            Liaise with the project manager for timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of services

•            Coordination with the client for the additional requirements, discussing operational & technical issues.

•            Proposing technically and commercially about the system’s upgradation and the latest market trends.

•            Coordination with manufacturers for client systems issues, SLAs, services

•            Handling CMMS operations to log maintenance requests, closeout of the reported issues, and generate KPI & system / spare availability reports.

•            Managing the relationship of staff, clients, contractors, vendors

•            Planning, Preparing the project activities schedule in line with project deliverables

•            Ensuring invoices are accepted by clients by presenting, negotiating work completion

•            Preparation of Project documentation according to company documentation and client contract requirements

•            Follow and maintain the discipline including the safety regulations as per company and client site requirements

•            Travel to client sites as required and submission of expenses details

•            Ensuring the availability of tools, machinery required
