• Apply data program techniques and procedures.
• Create and issue Invoices / Returns / and credit notes.  
• Computer Data entry. Customer info. /Receipts / Products codes ect..  
• Marketing support: follow up on social media (Co. Page Instagram and FB).
• Sales support: Customer Data update and regular customer satisfaction calls.   
• Generate reports from system and convert to Excel sheets.
• Filing, scanning documents and printing files, when needed.
• Keep information confidential.
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
