Role Specific

·        Monitor all cost relating to a particular project from the initial stage to the final closure as directed.

·        Assist in the Certifying of all progress claims including managing the payments for sub-contractors and supplier as directed.

·         Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities which detail all individual work components for the project as directed

·        Assist in the cross checking and forwarding final accounts along with deviation statements covering any variations from contract work as directed.

·        Prepare project value summary sheet at outset of the project.

·        Prepare element valuations for stock valuations

·        Ensure detailed and accurate documents and records for projects are maintained

·        Assist in the preparation regular valuations for all work and agreeing same with client’s representatives

·        Maintain records of value of all outstanding work per contract.

·        Generally, be proactive in the collection of payment for products and services.

·        Ensure the company’s requirements in respect to its quality management and other Management Systems are always taken in to account.

·        Prepare reports as necessary.

·        Ensure records are maintained for contracts in particular ensuring correspondence with the external customers are appropriate.

·        Ensure response to all customers (internal & external) queries and enquiries in a timely and proactive fashion.
