  4. Assure deal flow from the existing agents.
  5. Updating the agents on the Sales and marketing progress.
  6. Building a database for their prospective clients.
  7. Updating the company with relative research reports on their market.
  8. Presenting a full sales plan periodically.
  9. Introducing their clients to other services.
  10. Updating their clients on their projects constructions updates.
  11. Introducing the clients to buying process and taxation issues.
  12. Keep a reference of all their territory clients.
  13. Update Google map and Google earth/projects summary sheet.
