Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consulting to the company on all sorts of legal issues
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including client contracts, supplier contracts, etc; develop contract models and templates as necessary.
• Follow up all legislation and conduct all procedures before relevant authorities.
• device on various litigation matters concerning all services and business campaigns.
• Informing the leadership of the company on changes in legislation and their legal consequences.
• Provide timely updates on the development of legal and policy environments that would have an impact on our business in a jurisdiction in the country.
• Organize, anticipate and maintain local compliance and monitoring of Company's general legal needs within the framework of the Company's global policies.
• Source and manage outside counsels and local firms to provide necessary legal support and ensure the quality of their work products and cost-efficiency.
• Provide specific Labor Law advice on all kinds of labor-related matters
• Participate in investigations and inquiries on issues arising from various complaints.
• Perform any other provisions given by the hierarchical superior in the implementation of short-term strategies of the company within the limits of observance of the legal basis.
• Lead and draft all corporate by-laws, resolutions, and minutes.
• Identify the risks that an organization faces and advise the business on rules and controls.
