Direct and oversee the implementation of Saif Belhasa Holding IT strategy to achieve Saif Belhasa Holding IT vision and meet business requirements

 Direct and lead the design of the IT architecture, infrastructure and applications, and ensure IT designs and implementations meet the business requirements.

 Build an IT team that is properly skilled and challenged to achieve Saif Belhasa Holding’s objectives

 Interface with senior management to provide technology consultation, education and direction and influence business strategy and execution

 Ensure that mutually agreed-upon service level agreements with the business are established and met

 Ensure the security and confidentiality of Saif Belhasa Holding’s technology assets

 Establish an effective vendor relationship management process with effective service level agreements

 Manage IT related projects and conduct quality assurance over vendors’ implementation

 Develop IT related policies and procedures and ensure they are regularly updated

 Prepare asset registers and maintain network, infrastructure and applications architectures

 Guarantee efficient delivery of IT services by defining key performance indicators and ensuring consistent reporting

 Assess new computing technologies and identify potential improvements

 Manage the IT procurement making an appropriate use of internal capabilities and external services

 Provide IT administration and end users’ support and handle daily IT operations and support activities covering different IT environment components including, but not limited to, servers administration, backup, email, desktops and laptops installation, network troubleshooting, security and storage
