Make sure that the company processes, KPIs, procedures are implemented by the Call centerPrepare Daily/Monthly results and performance reportsImplement Sales Strategies of Upselling vertically and horizontallyMotivate and inspire Telesales teams by creating a positive environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members.Provide continuous training to the Team Leaders.Evaluate Agents & Team Leaders performance by compiling and presenting sales reportsInitiate and implement corrective actions as needed in order to provide a high level of sales productivity including job assignments, processes, trainingPlan follow up actions, on regular basis, to focus on the performance measurement, achievements, challenges and problems.Propose any process improvement within the department
