The successful candidate will lead 3 teams, web design, web development and applications development. The Technical Lead will work with each department line manager and the teams to drive excellence on all projects, offering insight, coaching and development opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesManage internal technology workflowsContribute to the Senior Leadership team as Tech LeadDefine tech requirements for clients and internal projectsDrive tech innovation, future thinking and new product developmentOversee and contribute to the design and development of apps and websitesProvide effective line management of the Design, Development and Applications Development teams - coaching and training team members, offering insights, guidance and development opportunities along the wayManage and plan our tech resourcesManage the ongoing development of internal source code and client-facing productsManage our hosted environments & associated servicesDrive and uphold the quality of our technical deliveryAssist on client pitches, proposals and scoping exercisesPerform Business Analysis tasks when required
