The Qualifications:
Experience in any merchandise allocation software like JDA/Blue Yonder or any similar toolsA proven track record of achieving excellent results with merchandising strategies and promotional activityExperience in preparing and delivering presentations to managersHas the ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusionsEffective strategic planning, both for the short-term and long-termThorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practicesIn-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issuesExcellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and listeningStrong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads
