Objectives:

 

We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to join our team in Hamra and support our daily office procedures. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for our team, providing administrative support, market research, and managing the team’s queries.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Update office policies and agreements as needed.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Administration of company databases.
  • Working directly with the Business Development Manager for market research, new client search, and hires.
  • Tracking of invoices and auditor’s payments.
  • Online job postings, mailers’ shooting, and articles recommendations.
