We’re looking for a friendly, organized individual to become our digital/social media moderator. She/he will be handling and assisting our customers online through our digital channels.Job Description:- Answering customer messages, WhatsApp, emails and phone calls.- Assisting customers in our showroom - Logging/communicating orders to our operations teamQualifications:- Good command of English reading and writing - Basic knowledge of Interior design is a plus - Good command of excel, Google sheets/docs- Friendly, presentable person - Good communication and interpersonal skills- 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in customer service is a plusWork Conditions:- Working Hours: 5 days a week (Fri & Sat Included)- Location: Sheikh Zayed- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Annual Bonus- Social Insurance - 21 days annual paid leave
