JOB PURPOSE

To develop demand, and achieve customer wins for Halwani products through presentations and skillful selling from small to medium sized supermarket (SMB). within a specified geographical location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential Halwani clients to meet the sales targets. 
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to assist him in achieving the targets. 
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and collections. 
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to keep track on performance. 
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 
• Implement preplanned special sales activities to reduce stock. 
• Follow-up for collection of payment to reduce customer’s dues.
• Provide on job training to merchandizers in his area to improve their performance
