About the Position:

We are looking for a UAE National incumbent who is good at operations/back-office/administration and ideally MS Excel. 

This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Group. It will work 6 days a week with a holiday on Friday. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 

To support the Automotive Sales Division in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through sales support and stock management activities for 14 Sales locations.

Process related activities

•    Assist Sales and Operations teams

Sales related activities 

•    Managing Sales Campaign Activities

•    Responsible for purchase orders for purchased vehicles & workshop related jobs

Stock related activities 

•    Planning & Management 

•    Reporting Generating

The Operations Executive assists the Sales Department in Reporting, approvals and Day to Day Transactions.
