Prepare weekly written reports to the project management team Study all projects Forecast estimates of material quantities needed for each project Prepare procurement list for each project Compare delivered and as-built dimensions with original contract or variation orders to readjust contract agreement Track material expenditure for all projects Create feedback reports for the estimating, contracting, procurement, production and accounting departments to achieve the best practices for each project Share data analysis conducted for each project, onsite or from documents with relevant departments Assist in procuring subcontractors Follow up on quantities needed and delivered from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare tender documents; BOQs, budgets and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
