Position Title: IT Desktop Support Technician

Criteria: Minimum 2-3+ years experience in Desktop Support.

Job Definition: Has responsibility for configuring, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining Personal Computer related hardware and software, associated printers and peripherals, network access, and network client software. Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network-related hardware, software, and services such as file servers, print servers, disk subsystems, gateways, and connections to external resources. Support Operating systems: DOS, Windows 98/2000, Windows XP Professional and Windows 7 x86 / x64. Maintain and support network server related hardware and software components, such as file servers, print servers. Maintain and support Microsoft Office products, E-mail, AS/400, JD Edwards, Citrix, SCCM Console, Microsoft System Center Service Manager and other specialized software as required by the business. Maintain and support Client Services for Dell/Compaq/IBM desktops and laptops.
