Eastrecruiting is a company that recruits personnel for the German labour market from 3 Eastern European countries. On behalf of German companies we are looking for suitable personnel, especially for unskilled and skilled workers of all professions. The company under German management is based in Dubai.

With immediate effect we are looking for a personnel recruiter for the working location Dubai.

Your tasks will include:

- Recruiting personnel from Poland or Romania

- Conducting telephone or Skype interviews

- Creation of applicant profiles

- Creating advertisements and placing them in various media

- Communicating with applicants by phone and e-mail

- Supporting the organisation of the transfer

- database maintenance

What we expect from you

- a lot of pleasure in communication

- good language skills in Polish or Romanian

- if possible, experience in the field of personnel recruitment

- confident use of PC, smartphone, MS-Office, social media

- great ability to work independently.
