  • Provide HR Support for KSA BU.
  • Build adapted and consistent HR policies and procedures
  • Deploy effectively AGH Group HR strategy in terms of performance management, people engagement, employees relations, compensation and benefits etc
  • Deliver focused practical and result driven HR initiatives in line with local business strategy.
  • Follow-up on compliance with Saoudisation and others local legislation
  • Support Managing Director in Administration and Government relations HR related matters.
  • Analyze practices and policies related to employees & establish common ones in line with company and local regulations
  • Define standard on-boarding
  • Ensure the integration of KSA in the HRIS develop by the group (Payroll Employee Central Success factors)
  • Ensure consistency of employment contract and conditions
  • - Guide BU in employee proper documentation in line with local regulations
  • Assess and Monitor compliance with saoudisation
  • Manage the Grievance & disciplinary process
  • Contribute to Intranet portal for KSA
  • Guide BU Managers in job grading structure to ensure consistency in each BU
  • Ensure Key roles are well defined (job description)
  • -Guide on the fit for purpose organization
  • Monitor People costs versus budget
  • - Assist Line managers create a motivational environment that is able to deliver exceptional results
  • Establish method to improve communication internally and between various business units
  • Improve Team spirit within each unit and others
