A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts.

Job Description:

 Create quality recipe and menu items based on concept – THAI STREET FOODS

 Control and direct the food preparation process with the whole kitchen staff

 Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

 Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels

 Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests, and staffing

 Control and coordinate food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering

Qualifications:

 Open to Asian and European nationals

 45 years old and below

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role; expertise in Thai cuisine is a must

 Must have available sample works

 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
