• Responsible for the all Recruitment Cycle.
• Conduct On-boarding program for the new hires.
• Collect training needs from the entire departments of the company.
• Contact training providers to gather training technical and financial proposals to prepare the annual training plan.
• Compare the training proposals and recommend the appropriate ones.
• Finalize the procedures of all training programs’ expenditures in coordination with the financial department.
• Establish all the required reports requested by the HR Manager
• Participate with all HR Team in all functions.
