Key Responsibilities 

• Participates in the successful implementation of the Company's strategy, through the realization of the real-estate development projects.
• Establishes frameworks and standards for Project Management within the Company
•  Monitors projects reporting and assists the CEO in reporting to Member of board.
•  Reviews financial reporting whilst ensuring that the projects adhere to the corporate financial processes
• Provides a quality assurance role in line with defined projects processes.
• Builds cohesion within the Projects department team and motivates them to produce quality work.
•  Defines and embeds project control and governance
•  Provides Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the projects portfolio.
•  Ensures efficient change control methods and process are utilized
• Supports the procurement department in the bidding preparation and review.
