• To achieve the assigned financial and non-financial targets through closing the deals.• Offer full retail banking products & services – excluding cash, to explain and advise customers about alternative solutions available (types of different retail products).• Identify customer’s needs and recommend options where applicable – match product and services and present to customers.• Obtain all relevant documentation for customer requests and ensure that all documentation are correct and completed as per bank procedures and manuals.• Deliver complete documentation to branches within time frame and follow up on applications till closure after approved from direct sales force Manager prior to dispatch.• Escalate to the Sales Manager any deviation cases for approval.• Maintain good relationship with key organizations and their employee by providing personalized service and being accessible.• Notify customer of new products and services and keep channel of communication.• Handle customer complains and inform Sales Manager on a daily basis.• Report number and volume of products sold to the Sales Manager on a daily basis.• Spot and report to the Sales Manager an unusual suspicious transactions/activities.
