Job Description- Supervisor Preventive Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• To create PM section plan
• To Create PM checklists as per manufacturer recommendation
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the team members
• Provide training to service staff as needed
• Monitor the PM team performance
• Monitor PM scheduling/executing process
• Track SOS results (Oil Analysis)·Monitor the utilization and productivity of the team
• Develop/modify the checklist according to the equipment lifetime and real status
• To negotiate the PMS with the stakeholder including client without affecting equipment uptime
• Assist in closing all corrective maintenance (CM) –proactive maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain Inventory of all work orders necessary parts
• Maintain all the relevant data into the System ERP
• Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database
• Assist maintenance manager in budget planning and asset procurement
• To implement the predictive maintenance ·Develop the lubricant chart for all equipment
• To assure availability of all consumables in stock
• Develop a sort of reports for proper monitoring of section KPIS (daily –weakly –monthly –annual)
• Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business
• Schedule the site visits/surveys to evaluate his team performance and quality of work

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mechanical engineering degree
• CMRP is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Min 10 years’ experience
• Gulf experience is preferred
• Heavy equipment background ( mobile cranes – loaders – forklifts – generators – manlifts )
