Position Summary

The Project Scheduler is responsible for sourcing and contacting our pool of participants to book them in for our on-site project’s tasks. The Project Scheduler will instruct the on-site participant based on project-specific needs via email and/or over the phone to give full context of the task before the participant comes on site. Some supervision of the data collection task will also be required (instructing participants on how to perform the task).

Responsibilities

  • Use Appen’s data collection tools to execute data collection projects of different types
  • Maintain project trackers and monitor key project metrics
  • Report any feedback or issues to Data Collection lead
  • Respond to participant queries over the phone or via email
  • Deliver to project objectives within project scope, timeline and budget
  • Follow quality management processes and take corrective measures as required
  • Communicate with all stakeholders in a timely, clear and concise manner
  • Adapt to changing project needs and expectations
  • Follow strict confidentiality protocol regulating the handling of project and participant details and other sensitive information
  • Be a proactive team member, contributing solutions and helping others as necessary
