Job PurposePrepare customized complex payroll cycles’ for each company employees’ (fixed and variable salaries, commissions, bonus, instalments, medical insurance, deductions, travel allowance, social insurance, individual taxes….): Etisalat Global Services (EGS),o On shore outsource Etisalat NOLo Off shore outsource Etisalat UAE – Call center agents Etisalat UAE – Customer care and full call center function outsource Etisalat foundationPrepare the 2 companies’ financial closing for salaries, commissions’ incentive and related account payables based on accounting standards (Egyptian and International accounting standards).Prepare analytical manpower dashboards and financial reporting for employees’ staff costs using financial and non-financial information detailed by functions, cost center and grades.Staff costing & reporting SPOC to follow up all employees’ transactions over received information from HR, Sales and Admin functions.Report To Position Name1. Payroll Administration: Prepare 2 different complex payroll cycles customised on HRMS according to each company’s benefits structure:o Etisalat Global Services (EGS),o On shore outsource Etisalat NOL o Off shore outsource Etisalat UAE – Call center agents Etisalat UAE – Customer care and full call center function outsourceo Etisalat foundationEach company had:o its independent complex structured pay scale based on agreed pricing with outsourcing company Different salary as per employee grade and different function Different variable monthly payment based on operational KPIso Variable defined based on grade and functions (such commission, …)o Diversity of benefits availed for employees based on their demographic data (medical insurance, levied taxes and eligible deductions based on income law...)o Various employees short term financing with zero interesto Employees program such as summer internship Prepare the yearly increment calculations after receiving the appraisal rate from the HR performance for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation. Prepare bonus to each employee with different complex structure adherence to his pay and his performance results from SAP for the 2 companies’ payroll considering his interim career or pay alternation for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation. Each payroll cycle are validated by Staff costing and reporting manager for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation.2. Staff costing & reporting SPOC Follow up all employees’ transactions over received information from: HR, Sales and Admin functions. … Customer care3. Financial staff costing monthly/annual closing : Prepare entries for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation financial monthly/ annual closing on Oracle ERP by each cost center and function based on Egyptian accounting standards and international accounting standards1. Accruals2. Invoices3. Account Receivable4. Account Payable5. Collection6. Payments7. Advances4. Audit review Support in preparation of the audit fieldwork requirements (internal & external auditors) for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation.5. Employees’ income tax and labor law : Prepare the income tax application to each employee in the 2 companies for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation for income tax considering each income deduction and social insurance in coordination with taxation team Prepare the tax calculation basis and deductions for salary taxes and withholding taxes, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation Prepare social insurance reconciliations for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation6. Analysis & Reporting dashboards Support in the preparation of monthly analytical dashboard for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation detailed by: o Benefit type o Grade o Cost centre o headcount number7. Vendor Relations Prepare analysis for the vendor contractual review with administration function for Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation to ensure safeguard the company rights such as Metlife, Premium, Travco …. Prepare three match rule for received invoices Initiate their payments on Oracle AP module in according with DOP for Staff costing & reporting manager review8. Bank relations & facilities SPOC facilitator for the relationships between Etisalat Global Services and Etisalat Foundation manpower and enrolled 2 banks for the payroll.
