• Pilot and follow-up for Calibration of instrument s aiming at keeping and improving internal procedures to meet the highest standards for  health and safety, mechanical testing, quality (traceability, procedures...)

• Implement SAP calibration module in the Laboratory

• Supporting the  SAP system requirement


•   Providing Suggestions for better quality and out put

• Knowledge of API 5L , API 5CT,ASTM & other pipe related specifications


• Knowledge of different Mechanical, Chemical and NDT testing


• Knowledge of QMS System  ISO 9001/API Spec Q1 .


• Knowledge of national, international and Customer specification


• Knowledge of SAP, MES, system

Knowledge

• knowledge of seamless pipe manufacturing process  Specific


• API, Customer, ISO, EHS and QMS requirements.


• SPC Techniques.
