1.Maintain chart of accounts and communicate changes with ERP users on a periodic basis.1.维护会计科目表并定期与ERP用户沟通变更。2.Maintain accounting tables, fiscal calendar and other maintenance needs in ERP3.Prepare & confirms accounts reconciliations with related parties & sister companies.4.Analyses all accounting transactions and ensure that costs were charged to the correct GL Accounts and corresponding Cost Centers.5. Make sure that all issued purchase requisitions were allocated to the correct GL Account and Cost Center by reviewing the issued requisitions and advise requesters to make necessary changes, if required.6.Analyses & reconcile employees’ Prepaid expenditures & Advanced payment and to be settled on time7. Prepare periodical financial reports7.8. Prepare and input journal entries (monthly accruals, adjusting entries and corrections)9.Assist in the preparation of financial statements ( P&L, Balance sheet & cash flow).
