They fix application and system problems or any issues that are disrupting the application service that business users depend on. This role will be responsible for ensuring support levels from both management and users. You will need to track, solving and report support issues and search for solutions to these issues. Report all raised daily issues and project-related concerns to the Support Team Leader.Fill the knowledge gaps in SAP modules as required for the current assignment. In case of major knowledge deficits, raise reports to the Support Team Leader.Analyses support issues and take ownership of issue investigation and resolutionInvolve in Support Pack testing.Proposals or issues are escalated to the Application Support Team Leader.Reporting recurring problems and suggesting their solution to the Application Support Team Leader.Responsible for uploading all basic data of the new branches.
