Responsibilities:Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.Conduct calls and moderation tasks like answering the clients by using chats on the social media channels like Facebook and so on. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternativeshandling customer queries and complaints and providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customersEnsure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as a secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction.
