Understand category dynamics and identify ways to improve our brand’s performance in short, medium and long term.Work cross functionally to develop budgets, new product timelines, trade activities, volumes, pricing, promotion, media support and A&P spend.Develop brand plans, activity grids for planned new products and key promotional initiatives. Developing marketing plans that bring brand to life. This may be through digital or traditional channels.Plan brand management policies / programs, such as determining the demand for products offered by the client co. and its competitors and identify potential customers.Monitor product development trends that indicate the need for new products as well as developing new business opportunities and planning ways to promote / change the public perception of brands.Identify / develop / evaluate brands strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics in addition to its cost and markup factors.
