About the Client:

Leading Leisure club for golf in the region based in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service on the day to day golf club operations
• Coach and develop the team to drive associate engagement
• Uphold operating standards and drive Guest safety and satisfaction using Impress the Guest metrics
• Make rounds on a time to time manner to ensure all guest areas are well staffed and functioning efficiently
• Perform other operational duties as related to running the entire venue as a MOD (opening/closing, managing shifts, etc.)
