- Follow up daily operation in stores
- Clearly communicate business objectives to managers individually or through managers meetings.
- Come up with a plan to increase ATV & UPT
- Conduct SWOT analysis and banchmarking
- Conduct managers monthly review
- Liaise with different departmental (HR, Marketing, IT...etc)
- Constantly review staff count in stores based upon sales performance and allocated budgets.
- Coordinates with HR manager and country manager to recruit necessary staff
- Report the training needs to training manager and recommend trainings accordingly
- Work in coordination with HR manager to develop succession plan for Area of responsibility.
- Ensure all sales employees to have Personal Development Plan (PDP) based upon appraisal score
- Creates a positive work environment that supports staff retention.
- Liaise with brand managers maximize stock allocations to exploit sales potential.
