Responsibilities:

Regular training for the employees (boutiques, wholesalers, office staff)

Setting the training plan and follow up the objectives

Product, Selling Techniques & Coaching Trainings in classroom, shopfloor and virtually

Skills Required:

Experience in the luxury or high-end retail

Experience in preparing training plans/materials and coaching
