Responsibilities• Carries out recruitment functions “FOR Technical Positions” as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests.• Conducts phone and face to face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the job• reinforce CVs to establish a valid pipeline for pending positions.• Creates a pool of qualified candidates through various sourcing activities.• Identifies future opportunities for potential source of recruitment.
