The hiring company is a high end casual dining restaurant Dubai.

Job Role:

Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created

Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Direct the food preparation process and delegating tasks

Cook and prepare high quality dishes

Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes

Supervise, motivate and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
