1- Planning sales activity, including participation in setting goals and drawing sales policies within the company, such as policies for products, policies for prices, distribution, and promotion to serve target markets.2-Organizing sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective and good organizational structure because salesmen represent the link between the company and its customers.3-Executing the sales activities that have been identified and approved by the Board of Directors.4-Supervising and directing the efforts of salesmen properly.5-Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, procurement, stores, production, finance and human resources.6-Monitoring and evaluating sales activities.7-Participate in selecting and hiring salesmen in terms of analyzing and describing the work, and determining the required qualifications and their source8-Determining the training needs of salesmen and the type of training required for each individual.9-Motivating salesmen to identify different motivation methods and to constantly search for rewards that stimulate sales efforts of salesmen through building and developing an effective compensation system.10-Submitting periodic sales reports to senior management.
