We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful and well-spoken Sales Striker to join our growing team as Sales Executive who is able to generate his/her own large leads from the ecommerce industry for our logistics E2E solutions product. Candidates must have both the fast drive and the right attitude to achieve and over-achieve his/her targets, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Responsibilities:Initiating and closing deals with ecommerce merchants as per the company directives and OKRs.Achieve assigned Acquisition/ Sales Targets, and Conversion Ratio KPIs.Conduct show-rounds in the company’s warehouses.Be able to present Company’s process and tech product to clients.Set the right expectations and product education to prospects.Understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements.Continuous Market Intel.Keep up-to-date on processes and SLAs, product features, prices and offeringsContinuously and accurately update sales pipeline software, reports, and market information as required.
