As a Project Coordinator, you will be handling from 3 to 4 projects with the below responsibilities:Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and allot resource utilization plan.Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of the handling project.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Help prepare costing & budgets.Analyze risks and opportunities of the project and activities.Oversee project procurement management.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants & client.Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.Supervising sub-contractors if any under his jurisdictionAs part of his work as a liaison between the subcontractors and the rest of the project team, as well as in keeping with his duties related to the project's budget, should collects and disseminate invoices.Performs related works as required.
