Job Description:Our Executive Chef will be responsible for the food production process for the entire hotel.We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef- Foreigner or Egyptian.You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.Salary for Foreigners are negotiable in USDAccommodation is provided for candidates from outside AlexandriaDuties:Will be the Head of food preparation and culinary activitiesHelp developing recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.Preparing estimations of food consumption rates/costs and costs of labor.Implementing hygiene policies, nutrition and safety regulations.Supervising kitchen staff, resolving arising problems and maintaining a positive/professional approach with co-workers.Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems /complaints.Performing administrative work, ex: Keeping time and payroll records and arranging for equipment purchases and repairs.
