Lead and manage a team and create an environment that is encourages innovation and objectivity and drives productive teamwork.Create design solutions that translate a customer-centric design vision into conceptsMake strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, new functions and features.Champion new ideas.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the management and to the team.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional agile teamsSet measurable goals to increase quality, and to improve overall performance of the team.Be hands-on when required


Profile
Bachelor's degree in design or related field A wealth of experience in UI/UX field and leading a teamOnline portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX designProficiency with standard prototyping and design toolsExperience in working with brand guidelines utilizing an existing online design systemPassion to lead team members to successful completion of projects and to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience
