For local online merchants, we leverage technology to efficiently fulfill and deliver their orders through our network of last mile providers. Flextock is a purpose driven company on a mission to enable more than 1 million merchants in Africa and the Middle East to sell online without carrying out the hassle of running their own operations.As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of major clients and positively contribute to expanding business relations. What will you do? Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with merchants. Help the merchants through email, phone, presentations and in person meetings. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
