Job Role:

Report directly to the Chairman, Board of Directors and work hand in hand with top level management

Full operational responsibility for Administration, Facility Management and Procurement as a major decision maker

Coordinate supervision and monitoring of the various departments in the organization, including work schedules

Ensure cost optimization across all departments/sections within Operations

Lead to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned department, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions

Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
