Job Role:

Assist Sous Chef

Help in the preparation and designing of all our food menus

Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredient

Maintain complete knowledge of all our food items, foods, outlets, services and hours of operation

Assess staff’s performance

Ensure that all workstations in the kitchen are always cleaned are sanitized in accordance with the health and safety standard
