Salary:                         up to 5.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals, centralized tips, and bonus

Job Role:

Contributes in creating a high morale and team spirit by maintaining effective work relationship

Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and Restaurant Manager any necessary information or requirement from the floor or from guest, to ensure a smooth and healthy work environment

Handle guest complaints and feedbacks in the most professional manner

Performs mise-en-place during and at the end of each shift such as menu wiping, refilling of silver trays, cleaning high chairs, restroom check, pager inventory, arranging side stations and updating the server’s map

Provides precise information and address guest queries by establishing a strong knowledge about the facilities of the restaurant, its daily events & functions and social events in Dubai

Maintains a complete and updated knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation
