Ensures that the quality and quantity of the clients requirement are being met based on the plan production.

Ensures that the machine should be maintained to avoid downtime in production.

Ensures that the cost of standard operating procedure should always be implemented.

Manages all production activities from inception to delivery

Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory

Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion.

Prepares production status reports to senior management.

Organizes production flow effectively and efficiently.

Ensures that all production equipment's are in operating condition.

Maximizes company’s use of assets towards project completion.

Responsible for production quality.

Coordinates all extruded polystyrene sheet, generates cutting lists and implements quality control procedures in the production process.

Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators.

Directly responsible to senior management on all production control matters.

Plans, controls and implements cost effective procedures.

Trains subordinates on work procedures and tasks.

Manages and controls all employees’ related functions in the factory.

Attends managers meetings as needed.
