Role Objective:

Direct Sales Agent is responsible for the sales of different financial products; Credit Cards, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans. Will be responsible for acquiring new bank customers and providing them relationship banking services by cross selling salary transfer accounts and insurance/investments.

Duties:

• Report to work on time and be able to proactively source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
• Cross selling of Retail Bank products and services to help increase market share and associated revenue/ profit goals.
• Act as the point person of contact especially for new customers, answer their queries and provide information about various products and services offered by the Retail Bank.
